Myngul Community Guidelines for Adult Content

Myngul is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all users. 1. Definition of Adult Content

Adult content includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual services or transactions, provided they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Artistic, educational, or health-related content involving nudity (e.g., medical discussions, artistic photography, sex education) must be clearly labeled as sensitive content and adult indentifier selected during post setup.

• Discussions related to relationships, intimacy, and sexual health are permitted as long as they are respectful and informative.

• Content shared in private groups or communities designated for such discussions must follow all platform guidelines and have proper age restrictions.

3. Prohibited Adult Content

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Any content involving minors or non-consensual acts.

• Non-consensual sharing of intimate images (revenge porn).

• Sexual exploitation, abuse, or coercion in any form.

• AI-generated or deepfake content depicting individuals in explicit situations without consent.

4. Age Restrictions & Content Labeling

• Users posting adult content must properly indicate by selecting the adult indicator when setting up the post.

• Users must be 18 years or older to view or participate in discussions involving mature content.

• Accounts engaging in repeated violations of content labeling may face warnings, restrictions, or bans.

5. Reporting & Enforcement

• Users can report inappropriate adult content through the platform’s reporting tools.

• Violations will be reviewed by Myngul’s moderation team, and appropriate actions will be taken, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

• Any content violating local or international laws will be reported to appropriate authorities.

6. Consequences for Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include:

1. Content Warning or Removal – First-time violations may receive a warning or have content removed.

2. Temporary Suspension – Repeat offenses may result in temporary account suspension.

3. Permanent Ban – Severe or repeated violations will lead to a permanent ban.

4. Legal Action – Any illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement agencies.

7. Community Responsibilities

• Respect all users and their boundaries.

• Ensure consent in all discussions or content sharing.

• Use appropriate privacy settings when discussing sensitive topics.

• Adhere to all Myngul policies and uphold community standards.
