DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – BEEPAGRO PALLIATIVE INITIATIVE “BPI”

1. INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION  
BEEPAGRO AFRICA/BEEPAGRO PALLIATIVE INITIATIVE, hereinafter “BPI”, “the Initiative”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, is a community-based palliative and empowerment initiative. BPI is NOT a financial institution, investment firm, fund manager, crypto exchange, MLM, or Ponzi scheme. BPI does not offer, promote, endorse, or solicit any investment, trading, staking, yield, or income-generating program of any kind.

2. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE OR ENDORSEMENT  
Any information, post, message, voice note, training, webinar, or discussion shared within BPI platforms is strictly for educational, empowerment, and community welfare purposes only. Nothing herein constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. BPI does not analyze, verify, or endorse the legitimacy, solvency, profitability, or safety of any third-party program, platform, website, application, or investment opportunity that any member may discuss or engage in privately.

3. THIRD-PARTY PROGRAMS – STRICTLY AT MEMBER’S OWN RISK  
Members of the BPI Community may, at their sole discretion, choose to engage with third-party programs, platforms, investments, trading apps, crypto projects, or income schemes independently and outside of BPI. BPI has no affiliation, partnership, agency, joint venture, or control over any such third party. Any decision by a member to participate in, deposit funds into, or transact with any third-party program is made entirely at the member’s own risk, judgment, and volition. BPI shall not be liable, under any circumstance, for any loss, damage, theft, fraud, scam, or diminution in value of funds, assets, or data arising from a member’s engagement with any third party.

4. NO LIABILITY FOR LOSSES  
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEPAGRO PALLIATIVE INITIATIVE, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, VOLUNTEERS, ADMINISTRATORS, MODERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH A MEMBER’S PARTICIPATION IN ANY THIRD-PARTY PROGRAM, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH THIRD-PARTY PROGRAM WAS MENTIONED, DISCUSSED, OR REFERENCED WITHIN BPI PLATFORMS.

5. DUE DILIGENCE OBLIGATION  
Each member acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, independent research, and risk assessment before engaging with any third party. “Not your keys, not your coins” and “If it sounds too good to be true, it is” apply. BPI strongly advises members to consult qualified financial and legal professionals before making any financial decision.

6. NO FIDUCIARY DUTY  
No fiduciary relationship, partnership, agency, or trust is created between BPI and any member by virtue of membership, participation, or communication within BPI platforms. BPI owes no duty of care to protect a member from losses incurred through independent actions taken outside BPI’s direct activities.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNITY  
By joining, participating in, or accessing any BPI platform, each member expressly assumes all risks associated with independent financial decisions. Each member hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BPI and its representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from the member’s engagement with any third-party program or investment.

8. GOVERNING LAW  
This Disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Abuja, FCT.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT  
By continuing to participate in BEEPAGRO PALLIATIVE INITIATIVE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer in full. If you disagree, you must immediately cease participation.
