• Every user gets 10 free Merit tokens per month
• Gift up to 10 Merits to different users, with only 1 Merit per user
• There are four Merit categories: Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Quality
Monthly Merit Statistics:
• We'll display top receivers and givers
• Top contributors will be rewarded accordingly
