How it works:
•ā ā Every user gets 10 free Merit tokens per month
•ā ā Gift up to 10 Merits to different users, with only 1 Merit per user
•ā ā There are four Merit categories: Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Quality
Monthly Merit Statistics:
•ā ā We'll display top receivers and givers
•ā ā Top contributors will be rewarded accordingly
